1. 复合叠层构件高性能切削技术(High-Performance Machining Technology for Composite/Metal Stacks)
2. 微细加工与多尺度制造技术(Micro-Machining and Multi-Scale Manufacturing Techniques)
3. 功能表面制备技术(Preparation Techniques of Functional Surfaces and Interfaces)
4. 切削有限元仿真与分析(Numerical Modeling and FE Analysis of Machining Operations)
My research interests concern the machining of fibrous composites utilizing both experimental and numerical methodologies, and multi-scale machining of functional surfaces for dental dentures. The specific research fields include but are not limited to:
1. Multi-scale analysis of machining fibrous composites in relation to subsurface imperfections using both experimental and numerical methodologies;
2. Investigations addressing the mechanisms of heat transfer and issues of heat-induced damage for fibrous composites subjected to mechanical machining;
3. Constitutive modeling of composite materials introducing the thermo-mechanical coupling effects of machining;
4. Studies concerning the micro-machining of functional topological surfaces for dentures and the development of specialized tools and fabrication processes.
